Take Your Time Club sells previously owned pieces and are sold as-is. We endeavour to be transparent about product condition and accurately display condition on all images on our website. Please make sure you review all images thoroughly before you proceed with purchase. 

Our curation, selection and authentication process is rigorous and backed by over a decade of experience in the second-hand fashion industry. Therefore, returns and refunds are strictly not accepted. In the case that an item is not authentic, we guarantee a full refund.

This guarantee is on the grounds that you provide supporting documents from an authentication company we redeem reputable, or direct communication from said brand with direct reference to the product. This proof will be reviewed before any kind of refund is processed or considered.
