Shipping policy

The majority of our items are sent via Australia Post's "Parcel Post" service, and will be mailed by satchel or box depending on the nature of the product. Postage prices are factored in during checkout. Options for Express Post are subject to contacting us via our e-mail or Instagram. 

Items marked with a  ★ are sent via Korea Post EMS. Such items are subject to a 4-10 business day delivery window when sent to Australia. As ★ items involve international mail, the postage rates are naturally higher than domestic postage prices. We appreciate your understanding. 

Due care will be taken to ensure that your items are carefully packed and sent. Take Your Time Club is NOT responsible for any items that are lost or stolen in transit - refunds will not be issued in such cases.
