Condition Guide
Our condition scale is graded by the following four categories:
Excellent: Item is practically unworn in brand new or near-new condition.
Great: Item has been worn lightly, with general use and no clear imperfections.
Good: Item has moderate signs of wear, such as stains, marks, fading, etc.
Fair: Item has clear signs of wear and may potentially require cleaning, repair or polishing.

Shipping and Returns
The majority of our items are sent via Australia Post's "Parcel Post" service, and will be mailed by satchel or box depending on the nature of the product. Postage is calcuated at checkout.
Items marked with a ★ are sent via Korea Post EMS. Such items are subject to a 4-10 business day delivery window when sent to Australia. As ★ items involve international mail, the postage rates are naturally higher than domestic postage prices. We appreciate your understanding.
Due care will be taken to ensure that your items are carefully packed and sent. Take Your Time Club is NOT responsible for any items that are lost or stolen in transit. We are not liable to refund or replace any order lost, stolen or damanged in transit.
Take Your Time Club operates on an all sales are final basis - we do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstance.
